Force Protection with a View
Uncovered guard booths and observation points can leave soldiers exposed to enemy sniper fire, suicide bombers, and mortar attacks. Defencell Force Protection SystemsTM and McCurdy’s ArmorTM have joined forces to develop a hybrid force protection kit that provide effective bullet and blast protection without compromising visibility.
This hybrid force protection kit combines the performance benefits of geotextile and reinforced steel to create versatile, mobile guard shacks. When combined, these systems produce heavy-duty guard booth enclosures that provide effective ballistic protection and situational awareness. Guard booth occupants are effectively protected against small-arms fire, mortar, near-miss artillery fire, and high-speed vehicular threats.
In addition to its visibility benefits, the system also provides extensive levels of customization. Similar to building blocks, the systems can be stacked or interlocked to produce virtually any size or shape. This modularity gives warfighters the ability to construct guard booths in multiple configurations to match specific threats.

The combined kit can be stacked or interlocked to produce virtually any size or shape. Together, these systems provide unrestricted scouting capabilities and effective protection from small arms fire, near-miss artillery, and other fragmenting weapons.
The system ships in a light weight container that requires minimal space to store and ship. Multiple container options, including ISO containers and Tricon containers, are available to match your deployment options.
